I thought a simple battery swap wouldn't be an issue for a 2010 Mercury Milan. I don't have the tools for it but was told when I bought the battery they couldn't touch my vehicle. I was very confused by that with no explanation as to why.
Poor customer service!!! This morning I was frantically searching for an upper tail light assembly for my 2009 Chevy HHR. I called your 1800 Thomas Dr. location and spoke with (I believe) J.R.. this guy should not be a representative of your company. His customer service skills are 0/10, I almost hung up on him several times but I needed the part. Please, someone with corporate needs to call and "secret shop" him. I'm willing to bet I'm not the only customer you've lost because of him.
The manager really needs a lesson in customer service. My husband came in with an alternator that we had purchased a little over a year ago that had a lifetime warranty on it, explained that it failed the test at the repair shop and the manager said “that’s bull****” and was extremely cocky with him the rest of the time. My husband is a very calm guy, there was no reason to get rude with him.
