Came to purchase a headlight bulb and the guy wouldn't even leave behind the desk to come and look, to see after I had already asked if they replace them online and they said yes, told the guy at desk that. his words was he couldnt leave the other person alone and he wouldnt even come look so I didn't purchase the light bulb the same way with a car battery (6 months ago) as well.
