I got a flat tire, drove over to this store, and Caleb jacked up my car, replaced it, and saved me at least a hundred dollars. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had as a customer anywhere.
Super incompetent and always giving me the wrong parts. I have no idea how they work there it’s ridiculous!
Top notch service. Needed a replacement low beam headlight bulb. Technician looked up the model # of what I bought before and informed me that since it was less than a year from the previous purchase, it was under warranty. Replaced the other one as well under warranty (bought around the same timeframe). Replaced them both very well and not too long before closing time. Definitely going back to this O'Reilly location.
Caleb was awesome. He help me with my headlights.
