I came in because my key fob wasn’t working after I had the battery replaced elsewhere and Jack went to all lengths to help me and saved me for having to spend $200 on a new one!! Best service I could have asked for. Thanks Jack!
I want to sincerely thank the crew at this store who helped us tremendously today. We had a spark plug issue that needed some more extensive diagnostics. The team here was not only helpful with getting us the parts we needed, but helped us every single step of the way with getting us back on the road. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! 20/10 service, we'll be going here for all of our parts and check engine light diagnostics!
Kevin has multiple times never put in my order always tries to help but doesn’t do anything literally I called in for oil to be ordered he looked it up but didn’t place the order I am mad about this I’m sorry he’s a great guy but when it comes to getting something ordered or in store he has no clue but knows about his hemi truck a lot and talks about it alot to the point he forgot he was helping me in the store bout what I am needing

ANOTHER UPDATE-I This time I needed a new bolt to fasten my front end back up again. Keith I believe his name was, took the time to help me find a replacement, (with a bunch of trips back into the store finding the one that fit) and he went ahead and fastened my front end back together as well. Definitely my favorite car store now. 10/14/25, The guy was super nice and changed my headlight bulb. Update-several days later, same guy tried to help me figure out what was going on with my car.
