Top notch service. Needed a replacement low beam headlight bulb. Technician looked up the model # of what I bought before and informed me that since it was less than a year from the previous purchase, it was under warranty. Replaced the other one as well under warranty (bought around the same timeframe). Replaced them both very well and not too long before closing time. Definitely going back to this O'Reilly location.
Caleb was awesome. He help me with my headlights.
Update 2026: Above-and-beyond service like this deserves recognition. My car battery died while I was home alone with my toddler and couldn’t drive to the store. They were short staffed at first, but my sister encouraged me to call back and ask if anything might open up later in the week to help save the cost of a mobile mechanic. I’m so glad I did. Jack rearranged his day and personally came out to install the battery for me. He had it done in minutes and absolutely saved my day. I even offered a tip and he politely decline... read more
Went in to ask for a battery test, employees all just stared at each other without saying anything. I laughed because it was uncomfortable and asked if someone could do the battery test. One agreed, other two looked pissy and were glaring. Guy who helped was cool, but I won’t be coming back here.
