Major shout out to both Caleb and Nevada at this location! My engine light came on a day ago and my Cruze was having sluggish starts the last week, and figured it was spark plugs. I stopped by the Waukee location to have them run a diagnostic scan and found it was the canister purge control valve. Had a brand new caliper fail causing the caliper to destroy the drive shaft and causing a giant failure and $1000 repair after all was said and done. I had arranged with Caleb the warranty resolution. Due to car needing towed, I had to purchase a new caliper from oreileys in order to get the old one to return. When bringing the failed caliper back Dalton refused to process the refund to the card that was used to purchase the new caliper.
