5 stars for this and for Justin who I believe is the assistant manager at this location. He was a great help to me when it came to purchasing and replacing my car battery. He did all the proper testing to make sure my car got back to running smoothly thank you Justin!
Justin helped my wife and I replace our old wiper bales and he was fantastic! He helped us through the whole process, finding the right model of blade, and even stepping outside in 100 degree weather to replace our blades since we were having trouble. Amazing experience, and really appreciate the excellent service. Thanks Justin!
I went to O’reilys looking for a fuse tester, and they weren’t sure if it would work on my car. So Cam one of the employees there, was so kind and went out to my car and checked the fuse. He found the fuse that was out and even replaced it for me!! What a stand up guy! Really went above and beyond! If that’s not A one customer service idk what is!! Get that man a raise! Thank you so much Cam! I will definitely be back!!
Went to the O'Reilly Auto Parts in Redlands, CA and with the help and experience of Martin (Marty) I got the brakes I needed with his time and patience he was able to track down the last set. Keep up the great work Marty!
