I had an excellent experience at my local O’Reilly Auto Parts. My starter went out on my 2014 Toyota Camry XLE, so I picked up a replacement here and installed it over the weekend. I have lived and worked as a mechanic in this town my whole life, and I’ve bought parts from just about every auto store around. I stopped into this location last week, and what I witnessed was enough to make me take my business elsewhere for good. As I walked in, a black customer was heading out the door.
