I usually have a good experience when I go to this store, but today was different, WAY DIFFERENT. I pulled up today to find the manager, Heath outside under an older woman's hood, installing a battery. I sat outside and waited because I needed him to look under my hood as well. When he finished installing the battery, Heath shut her hood and walked to her driver-side window to tell her something. She immediately started crying. Employee in effect called me a liar denying i purchased the battery there and refused to look at my receipt to prove that the battery was purchased at that store! That guy should be fired.
