Purchased a window regulator and the part number was wrong. The part I needed was a left handed but the one the one I got was right handed. Who knew the new cars today need a different part for each door. My mercury marquis 69 had the same window motor and regulator in all doors and the tailgate.
Great selection and their turtle wax products were about half the price of Amazon, which is very rare. Got some awesome carpet shampoo and couldn’t beat the deal.
The guys here were beyond helpful with parts and lending me tools to fix the issues I had. 5 stars
Had to contact corporate to get a core charge refunded. Manager Salva provided the wrong number for corporate. They need customer service training 101.
