Manager Vivienne was sooo nice, professional, and knowledgeable. My truck had battery issues and she checked and replaced it without hesitation. She answered all our questions and was super patient with us. It was a pleasure to meet such a kind person. This is the store to go to for friendly and reliable service.
The manager Vivian is unprofessional with customer service I had to go get a refund at another O'Reilly not a problem at all quick exchange Vivian said the tool was used less than an hour after I bought it, claiming I finished my job, so I'm returning it due to not enough lbs of power the gun couldnt take off one bolt. Had to go to Lowe's for a Power Torque with better torque. Everyone else was fine, but I and my family and friends won't be back at this O'Reilly!
Fast helpful service
Couldn’t be more grateful about my experience at this location thanks to Minda. She went above and beyond with help and made my horrible night a little better knowing good people still exist. Meanwhile the competitor down the street refused to help me, much less stand up from their stool, because it was too late at night to change batteries AND their equipment wasn’t charged. Make it make sense. Thank you Minda!
