Was asking about battery return, the guy kept looking at me like I was an idiot. Then he got an attitude with me when I was asking about if I brought in the old batteries I get a return on it I bought them a year ago from this place. He was still having a hard time understanding what I was saying. His name was Dylan, just super rude and made it seem like I was an idiot
Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
I hope someone of importance sees this, my husband and I broke down a few days ago and without the help of Chris and (I believe his name was Nick, not sure) our day would've been much worse. Chris came out of the back and let my husband us the OB2 reader multiple times, and even opened up a new set of tools to let us borrow to replace the spark plugs, and a step stool.
