Yesterday I had to go into O'Reilly's 2 separate times,and the elderly men working were very nice.This morning I had to call and tell them I got the wrong part for my car and the guy was younger,and he was agitated with me,I told him I was sorry for the confusion but I need the right part,he said well it was the right part number just not in the right box and we can't do anything about that,so bring in the part and the receipt and we will change it,so he needs to learn to be a little nicer dealing with ppl.
