Service is always top notch and the store is remarkably clean. The assistant manager is a great guy
Rude staff member at the counter. Asked for help because I was wrong about the wiper blade length I needed… then was insulted with a dirty joke. I turned down a buy one get one deal and was insulted again. Was told, “Must be a generational thing”. No, just didn’t need the other blade. Didn’t even really know how to respond to that. Was needlessly given attitude when I gave none at all. I don’t know anything about cars nor do I care to… so that isn’t what I want to deal with when asking for help at an auto store. The staff here is generally helpful and knowledgeable, which makes finding the right parts easier. However, I did have to wait a bit longer than expected during my last visit, and some items were out of stock. Overall, it's a decent place for auto parts, but it could use some improvements in inventory and service speed.
