Horrible customer service today at 5:40PM on 6/21/26. Called asking for a quote on how much it would be to upgrade from their crappy house brand brakes to Import Direct and was met with nothing but attitude. I have one car so try and prevent myself from making multiple trips to and from and have never received this energy from anyone else who works at that store. As a former employee of Oreilly I know this isn’t acceptable. If only I’d have gotten his name but was an older gentleman for sure.
