We placed an order, paid for it in full, and were told it would be delivered the next day after 12 PM. We came to pick it up the next day after 3 PM, only to find out that the courier had delivered it to the wrong store by mistake. Now it’s already the third day and we still cannot receive the parts that we already paid for. Every day we are told to “come back tomorrow,” but nothing actually gets resolved. 1/4 Mile from my home. It's always an easy in and out. I was in purchasing windshield wiper fluid then Google pinged me for a review. . The only reason I rated it 4 Stars is because I don't know how purchasing actual car parts is here.
They go over a dad beyond when it comes to customer service
Can’t thank Jamel enough. He put our headlight in the least favorite vehicle. The dreaded Traverse. He was so kind.. great employee !! Truly appreciate him !!!
Jamel is the person to see there. He really helped my husband find the best car battery for our Kia Optima at a great price. He was fast and installed the battery right away.
