This past Saturday, I pulled up to O'Reilly's auto parts store on Noblestown Road in Crafton. I needed help. My temperature light had come on. I know nothing about cars. And Chad was so kind & patient. He assisted and helped me out. I was able to drive back home with confidence that day which was 15 minutes away.
Pretty decent O'Reilly's every time I go in. They're very attentive and always asking me if I need help no matter what the issue may be. If I'm looking for light bulbs or windshield wipers they're more than happy to look up the part me if I'm unsure they have a good variety of car cleaning products here too that I like
Marshall was a great employee very nice and changed battery out in minutes! Very pleased
