Jamel is the person to see there. He really helped my husband find the best car battery for our Kia Optima at a great price. He was fast and installed the battery right away. Employees are wrong, sexist, and rude. Mistakes happen, but there is no excuse for being misogynistic to customers, which has happened at two locations. This location was ruder about it. I was sold the wrong air filter at a different O’Reilly’s, after repeatedly stating I needed an engine air filter for my car, not cabin air filter. I said “this looks like my cabin air filter” but was told that it was absolutely the engine air filter. Jamel, is an outstanding associate that works for the noblestown store he is amazing, friendly and very helpful. He was extremely busy as he was the only one working and he took the time to walk me through how to fix my car on the spot and together we were able to get it up and running. I really appreciate his time and effort and he deserves definitely five stars for his attitude. Jamel was incredibly helpful when my vehicle died in a neighboring business's parking lot. He came over to where it was and jumped it, then followed me to the store, observing the car. He helped me pick out a battery, got it changed out for me, and made sure the car was all good to go. Thank you!
