I purchased a battery yesterday and my bank was charged twice! Called corporate customer service and was told I had to contact my bank to get my $136 back!!!! That's going to take up to 5 days!!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY! NEVER DOING BUSINESS THERE AGAIN AND I'M SPREADING THE WORD!!!
Went with a friend to buy a car battery yesterday. TODAY...found out O'REILLY charged the debit card TWICE for one battery!!! Called to ask them to correct the DOUBLE CHARGE ERROR and they REFUSED! We were told we had to call the bank and have them correct THEIR ERROR! Seriously? That takes FIVE DAYS to get the money back. Thanks O'Reilly, for shorting the account by $120.00! NEVER SHOPPING AT YOUR STORE AGAIN!
