I called looking for a part that I could not find online. I spoke with someone named Jessica and she was able to find the part after some research. She was helping people in the store but always got back to the phone quickly. I was very pleased with the service, Thank you.
I’m very displeased with the manager Jessica, she walks away from customers and hides in the back when the store is full of customers. I shop at the Moultrie store all the time and it’s sickening that the manager hides in the back and refuses to help the employees working there. I’ve witnessed plenty of times her and Johana I think is the other girls name, they hide in the back and play on there phones while the phone is ringing and the store is short staffed.
So friendly and helpful.
