I personally go to a lot of different O'Reilly's locations. That being said this is by far the most organized customer friendly store in northeastern Ohio. I appreciate you guys keep it up
Staff was good , had parts in stock I needed. Clean store. Recommended
Ordered a couple of speakers in Chardon oh store. I called to ask if they had come in. I was "helped " by Joe. He didn't wantt to help me until I asked him to do his job. His response to my question of had they come in, was uhhhhhhhhhhh.....I don't know, and even when he eventually looked still gave me no answer except maybe it will come tomorrow or something. I left the call very un happy and disappointed with the whole situation.
