Great people and very helpful
Every time I’ve called into the store or walked in each employee has treated me with kindness and respect! I know a few things about vehicles but they always teach me something new each time I come in! They always get my parts in quickly too!
The were very helpful in my need of specific brake pads --- they obtained them for me before 3:00 PM of the same day. I am grateful for their speedy efforts.
After first stopping at another auto part store and being treated like I was an idiot, I went to O'Reilly's. Teresa helped me. And I just wanted to take the take to show my appreciation to this woman. She took the time to explain things to me in a way that I understand, was completely compassionate about the terrible experience I had just had else where, and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need.
