I called and talked with an employee regarding fuel filters for a Ram diesel truck. The truck requires two fuel filters and I mentioned that on the phone, the guy on the phone nicely said yes it is a two filter kit by WIX and we have the kit in stock. Get to the store, two employees attempt to find the filters, as expected they have no idea what they are looking for and seem as if they have no training on anything they sell. Just went there today to get a part for my daughters car. I am currently on crutches and have a non bearing right leg. As soon as I entered the store my crutches slipped on the wet floor and I fell hurting my already injured leg even more. The manager was helpful that's why I didn't rate a 1. I had him move rug all the way across for me to leave, was thankful for that. More rugs for the weather we are about to endure would be smart, hopefully I didn't reverse any of my surgeries due to the fall.
