I went into O’Reillys and Ben was an amazing help putting my windshield wipers on the people at the store are very respectful.
Brought in two brake rotors to be spun on the brake lathe. I've done this here multiple times without an issue. They look at the rotors and tell me they're cracked. He "shows me" with his pen where the multiple cracks in the rotor are. The supposed cracks, were from the pads sitting on that part of the rotor over night. I said that, he denied the service anyways, and I took them to Ken Towery. Where they said the rotors were not cracked. Go figure 🤗 Won't be back
