Came in to return a tube of lube that was the wrong kind for the job I needed. Never used it, never opened it up. Brought the product and receipt in to the cashier and asked for a refund. She opens up the cap and says it should be sealed and then walk back to the back I guess checking the other tubes, then returned to the counter. She said Yep this is supposed to be sealed, this one’s open. At which time I reiterated that I had not even open the tube. Her response was “yeah“. Broke down in Woodland Park and had no choice but to fix it myself beside the road in about fifteen degree weather. These guys were extremely friendly and accommodating. One of their guys even gave me a ride in his own vehicle to a rival auto parts store across town to return an incorrect part I had previously purchased, as I was on foot and from out of town. Thank you!
