We're from Arkansas and was headed home from Branson today and the water pump went out on my husbands truck. We called EVERYONE and no one would help us. We called O'Reilly's and they found someone to fix our truck. I am so thankful for your help today!!
Well we were broke down Billy was so helpful and nice we were broke down for 10 hours staff very busy but very helpful don't know what we would of done we were there in parking lot 10 hours very nice people don't know all their names but Billy the new guy was great in between customers he was making sure that we were ok I had myself and 3 teenagers 3 hours from home want to thank all the guys nit sure if bill was the manager but he helped also we didn't leave the store till 2 am was a little scary we finally got the water pu... read more

At the Highway 248 store, there is always someone eager to help, whether it's a check engine code or trying to figure out how to change a wiper blade. Employees at the O'Reilly on East 76 and the O'Reilly in Hollister have both refused to help me, in every situation.
