Doesn’t even deserve 1 star! They told me on a Sunday they would order me a part for my car and it would be there by 4:00pm that day, went back at 4:15pm they never ordered it. Put in another order right there right then, said it would be here the next day on a Monday between 9-11:00 am, called before we went said it would be there by 11:00am. Went there at 11:20am, still no part. They are incompetent and could’ve been more honest at the fact they can’t find the part. I will never visit this establishment ever again. Thank g... read more
My favorite O Riley’s. Very knowledgeable staff. If they don’t know the answer to your question, they know who to ask. My favorite auto parts store actually.
I never have any issues with this place the staff is always nice the last time I was there they helped me with my third tail light in my hatchback.. they're always willing to help or to order some parts for you.. if you need a tool they may have it for you to borrow... Or if you need some help they're willing to lend a hand
