I went in today with my brake lights out. It wasn't the light bulbs or the fuses. We thought it was the switch so I bought one and they helped install it, still not working. They tinkered around with it, figured out what was wrong and returned my money because it wasn't the part. Amazing experience!
We were on our way home from New Year's Eve dinner when the windshield wipers on my husband's truck started to disintegrate before our eyes. We popped into O'Reilly's in Oak Harbor. They helped us locate the right replacement and came out and put them on-in the freezing cold! My husband tried to tip the gal and she said it is company policy to help their customers without tipping. What a great act of kindness! Way to go O'Reilly's!
