I honestly can say that the O'Reillys Auto Parts on Nashville Highway is the worst store to go to if you need help or have any questions about your car. I don't think they care at all about helping. I think their goal is to make you feel stupid and send you on your way. Thank God almighty that Advanced Auto Parts is right down the road. I'll enjoy spending my money at Advanced where I know I'll get the help I need.
