Keven is the GREATEST! He is a young rep with LOTS of potential and initiative. A true problem solver! I walked in the store looking for an allen wrench needed to remove my spare tire in order to replace my flat tire. When I explained the situation to the employees on the floor, there seemed to be hesitation but not with Keven! He saw a need and jumped in. No question warranty on battery
The store is not same no more without the previous crew Brayan( last store manager) , Chris, Brian , Israel, Harry, Carlo and Gio. They still have a excellent commercial guy working in the back Mark and the delivery guys are friendly when helping in the front from the old crew.
