Had to replace a battery on a company box truck. Casanova was not only able to get me the right part but he also changed it out quickly and got me back on the road. Great job
I called and asked for a part, they said they had it and I double checked that they had it, in stock. When I got there, they didn’t have it. Sad day for me. The photo is of nothing, which is what I have.
I made two trips to pick up a battery that I ordered To find out, it was never delivered. I asked when it could be delivered, and they said they had no drivers. I asked for a refund and the employee called the manager and he said they did not have for me to go pick it up at another store 22mins away. . I have always had a good experience in Duluth but this really screwed things up for me today. My advice is if they don’t have it on the shelf don’t buy it. especially dont pay upfront like I did.
