Best damn oreilly staff in Texas when I say them boys looked out I do mean In a major way! Frank deserve some type of raise or something me and my lady had no tools of any kind to change our spark plugs and buddy rolled the whole tool cart out for us to do it and even offered his help! Free of charge ! Never received service like that in my life! GOD Bless them boys frfr
Was having issues with battery so we came by to see if they could check it out for us. Christian was the associate who ran battery test and also installed new battery for us. He was extremely helpful and kind. We always have a good experience at this location and the staff is always knowledgeable and eager to help. Highly recommend this location!
I came in a few days ago and I was helped by a fellow named Frank I believe, and I wasn’t very pleased. We didn’t really get to the problem, and to me it seemed as if he did not want to be there. He had attitude and corrected myself and his coworkers on everything. He seemed like a know-it-all. Especially towards I believe was the Assistant manager which is disrespectful to management and the guy with long hair and glasses.
