Today my car decided it was done with life. I had to pull into to O’Reillys due to my father in law, who is the manager at the Winnsboro location, buying some stuff for me to put in. I quickly realized I had a blown hose. Gregg, the manager, came out and started working on my car to get me and the kids back on the road. He worked for an hour getting the hose fixed. Went in and got the best service I have ever had with this company. Jose is the guy that helped me out with the parts I needed. was very polite and professional. We will definitely be going to him for any future parts.
This is the best place I've got any of my stuff from I've went to a lot of O'Reilly's and they usually just let you buy the stuff and push you out the way I can honestly say the people at this one are nice especially Jose he actually took the time to fix my sub and amp wire connecting everything to the wires for me because I didn't know how he even bought he taped to wrap it with because all I had was duct tape instead of electrical tape so I'd honestly say this is the best place I've been to having to do with auto parts.
I frequent these places a lot more than most people. I have an old truck. Several old vehicles and if you need some good parts, quick service. Is it a place to go always well organized and easy to find parts
