This O’Reilly always comes threw when I need anything but the guy Juan has a disgusting attitude I paid for my stuff and I had to come back to get one more power steering fluid and i didn’t have enough in cash he didn’t even give me a chance to use my card he got a attitude and said just give me what you got and he said I need to do better I had the money on my card the comment he made was real rude and disrespectful I’m not broke period he really needs to watch how he talks to folks learn some respect and manners

I called the O’Reilly Auto Parts in Jackson, Mississippi because a customer needed an axle nut, and I wanted to put the part under my account. What should have been a simple process turned into a complete waste of time. I had to call three separate times, and each time I was put on hold for several minutes. When they put you on hold, all they say is “hold on” and then click — no explanation, no courtesy, nothing.
