Could have your employees take care of customers that are standing right in front of them first and put people that are on the phone on hold. I stood there last night for over a half an hour waiting for a part while he took three calls and giving them parts numbers of parts. Until I walked out and when to Auto Zone and paid more money will not be back to this store ever.
Caught in the rain with bad rain blades. So I stop to purchase some at o reilly- Where the sign on the wall says "free rain blade installation" .the guy at the register tells me he can do it but it'll be awhile. so I try to do it with no luck. Go back inside and the other cashier says he can't install my blades because it's raining and he could get sick. What crappy customer service!
