I placed an online order with O’Reilly’s and even got an email confirmation saying it was ready for pickup. I do this to make things easier on the store and to keep transactions quick and smooth. Instead, I drove across town only to deal with a lazy and incompetent manager who admitted he had already looked for the order earlier, couldn’t find it, and then did absolutely nothing about it. I purchased an ac compressor on June 30. On July 12 it went out. My mechanic said it was a bad compressor and it was remanufactured. When i purchased the compressor i was not informed that it was remanufactured. I called to check the warranty and was told there was no warranty because I didn't buy the kit. When i purchased the compressor i wasnt asked about a kit or told that i had to have the kit to have a warranty. I am livid. That was a waste of $740 for parts and labor.
