I usually go to the location in Sanger, but had an issue with my battery. Cary, the Manager took great care of me. I had stopped at the location on Mckinney/Loop 288, and an employee was eating a sandwich and couldn't be bothered to help me. He asked another employee to help me. They looked at the battery and quoted me a higher price, then what I ultimately paid at the Teasley location. When I lived in Denton, this was my go to location. Our whole family goes there because they are so nice!

Once again, this store saved me. Tried to leave for work and my battery was DOA. I was widowed in 2024 & my husband took care of everything on my car so panic set in. I checked Walmart but how was I going to get the battery installed? My son charged the DOA battery but had to go to work. Suddenly I remembered O'Reilly. Tom put a battery in for me. He was very thorough and very patient. He talked me through all he was doing. I will definitely be back into his store. His customer service was the best.
The manager, Cary, a real good guy and always takes care of me.
