As soon as I entered the store Baine and associates were extremely eager to help. I worked in customer service for almost 20 years previously, so I always take note of good service. I needed a replacement electrical component and after making sure I was purchasing the correct part, Baine also instructed me as to which tool to use to complete the install and even let me know about their loaner tool program. After going to a parts store on Rock Road and not even being acknowledged by two employees I went to O’Reillys on 37th St. The moment I walked in, I was greeted and waited on. They did not have the part in the store but they had it delivered from another store in under an hour, wow! Scott was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely choose this store in the future.
Walked in stood at the counter for 10 min. It was if no one was working there. One employe was helping a customer down one of the isle... but no one else to be found.
