After going to a parts store on Rock Road and not even being acknowledged by two employees I went to O’Reillys on 37th St. The moment I walked in, I was greeted and waited on. They did not have the part in the store but they had it delivered from another store in under an hour, wow! Scott was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely choose this store in the future.
Walked in stood at the counter for 10 min. It was if no one was working there. One employe was helping a customer down one of the isle... but no one else to be found.
Needed a new set of windshield wipers. Friendly service and also installed my new wiper blades.
Pierce was incredibly helpful and changed my headlights for me. He is extremely knowledgeable and I am grateful for his service today.
They had the parts and accessories I needed. Sales personnel were very courteous and knowledgeable. Conveniently located for me. Thank you.
