I went in today with a check engine light, they helped me by using the computer to scan them find out what was going on with my car, even looked up the codes and told me exactly what was going on! Excellent customer service and super friendly!
Rude customer service. Usually it’s customary to say “Hello” and “Thank you”. But when you welcome your customer to your register with “Are you ready?” No hello, mind you I said hello. And then returned handing me my item and when I said “thank you” she just stared at me flatly. Seriously?
Great customer service. Installed my windshield wipers in the rain with a smile. Great experience.
