Went in today and had my husband call in a part..I was to pick it up..and despite the sign everyone must wear a mask..no one was..then I got help..told him my husbands name and he said”oh, the ahole with the Tacoma” and I was like no..but just to save time..he also called my husband ahole when I gave him his info..just disheartening as a long time customer to be treated so bad.
The worst customer service I've ever seen the guy has his kids in their looks like they're running a daycare and he is very rude! We're looking for a part for my husband's truck he told us his Cedar Park store had it and they didn't so we drove all the way to Austin off Lamar but the guys at the Cedar Park location we're very helpful and nice

My husband was there...employee told him he could get a part from Lamar store and it would be there by 5:30 today. We drove back to pick it up ... from Lago Vista ... to be told the part ( didn't even exist???). So we spoke to the manager Darren Maple.... his only response was ". Sometimes this happens ". REALLY ????
Love this place. My husband and I always go here. With my husband being deployed they do what they can to help me with our automotive needs. They saved me a few hundred dollars today taking a look at my car. You guys are awesome and I'm always greeted with a smile.
Customer service and knowledge of staff have greatly decreased since Josh left the store. No one smiles or is very helpful when you walk in. I do not like going to this store but i love oreillys.
