last evening, the low tire pressure light came on in my car late in the evening. As I had to be up to take my husband to the hospital the next day I stopped at O'Reilly and Muhammed was kind enough 2 check the air pressure in all four of my tires and inflate them for me to the proper pressure. I would recommend him as a fine example of the best kind of employee!
Went in for a battery....I had to look on the AutoZone website to find out what kind of battery I needed ...why?? Because the guy helping me didn't know. So I went to the other guy who sent me back to the guy who didn't know. First they told me they didn't have the battery, cause they were looking up the wrong car...then after I found the info ON MY OWN, they said they have the battery, but that it was too dangerous to install.
