Terrible parts store ! Very nasty ignorant manager Meredith ! She is rude . Will not honor oreillys warranty on parts .The most foul language i have ever encountered from management. Never waste you time at this location . Do yourself the favor . Visit nearby AUTO ZONE .Much better timely,professional experience.Â
Horrible experiences with Meredith. This parts store has the worst customer service around. Rude ignorant behavior by Meredith the store manger. She makes you stand there waiting for any assistance while out back smoking cigarettes by the back door & chatting on her cell phone . The store phone ringing off the hook while she ignores them.
