I was pulled there needing an alternator. They didn't have one at their store but had one in another store and wouldn't consider going to get it for me. I walked three blocks to a competitor that had one. They took me 3 blocks back to me car then can back and jumped me so that I could move the car ot of O' Riley's lot. That competitor loaned me tools and helped me get the alternator changed out, my battery charged and back onto the road. They ordered a part for me and it did not come in. No phone call. Went in a second time and still no part as promised. All they could say was we ordered it but it doesn't look like it is coming. What??? Shout out to the useless asst manager Ed who helped us both times and was useless and did not seem to care 1 bit about keeping us as a customer. I left without my part and will never be back
This is for the one in anna Illinois they are horrible and I won't ever go back
