I went to O'Reilly's on Cheney Dr in Twin Falls to buy a battery. I purchased a battery with a 1yr warranty and after check out had Kenon install the battery for me. He came out to the parking lot install the new battery and told me my old battery was under warranty and would replace it at no charge. We went back in the store and refunded the price of the 1yr battery and exchanged it for a 3yr battery. I offered him a tip and would not take it. Said it was part of his job.
