We have an account here, and the way I was treated yesterday around 250pm - 310pm by a black long haired young man and a “young” white lady who delivers is going to ask to switch to another store or brand. It was disgraceful.
Went in to see if they'd do a diagnostic test because my car kept telling me to check the transmission and they wouldn't do it because they said they only test engines. Like the diagnostic doesn't test for any problems with the car? Safe to say I won't be coming back. Precision Auto was more helpful.
