Just came in to get new blades and mannnnn was the guy helping me rude. His name was Eric, he acted as if me coming in ruined his day!! I needed new blades and (yes I know NOTHING about cars) but he asked me a couple questions rushed me to pick blades even though I had questions he kept on taking a deep breath and rolling his eye!! I have never felt so disrespected in a while. I got a yp.com account just so I could sing my praises for the Twin Falls, ID O'Reilly's! My friend and I were going on a long distance trip and barely made it to Twin Falls due to car trouble. After explaining to the sales person what are problems were, he helped us find what we needed (coolant and stop leak), took a look at my car and gave us good ideas of what might be wrong with my car.
