Went to get my battery replaced and this young kid that worked there took the old battery out and put the new one in and he didn't know what he was doing. He didn't loosen the the bolts enough when removing the battery terminals and juggled them to remove it and it flashed my lights on and off. When we went to connect the terminals to the new battery he barely put the terminal on the battery and I told him they need to be on all the way so he decided to hammer it down instead of loosening the bolt to put it on the right way.... read more
I've been bying parts since 2005 never had any real issues that they have not fixed love the employee's
Every time I go inside O'reilly's I Have a great experience with the friendly workers that work there such as bill ,joseph, Dave, Daniel lexi, jaime, bruce and jesus I will always preferred to go here than autozone down the street always so helpful and go beyond to help me out
