Won't answer the phone. Finally got an answer and was immediately put on hold indefinitely. Called another location and was told the pleasantburg location doesn't even answer calls from the sister stores. Lazy lazy people not wanting to do there job
I visited on 2/4/26 to buy windshield wipers for my car. McKenzie was super helpful in making sure I got the right ones and even assisted me in putting them on. She was very willing to teach me how to do it myself when I asked. Great experience!
Well winter storm #2 has hit SC. While trekking through the storm early to help out my mom...I made it from Laurens to Mauldin. I slid into O'Reilly Auto Parts for windshield wiper blades, before heading towards Anderson. A HUGE shout out to McKenzie for helping me get the right blades and she installed them for me!! Super helpful and patient with me, as I was a bit short with her. She helped me get back on the road headed home! Thank you for your professionalism and kindness! Wipers worked great going home!!!
