Terrible customer service. I came in around 1:45 to get a cabin air filter and engine air filter. I was given the wrong part twice from the lady. First I was given a part that I didn’t need after asking for engine air filter. The part she gave me was inside a square box. A engine air filter couldn’t fit inside of that square box. The next part I was looking for was a cabin air filter. She gave me the wrong one. I came back in to do a swap. She asked for my receipt. I told her I didn’t get it from her.
