Horrible customer service and they don't back their products. I brought one of their batteries in because it was bad and the date on it showed 1/25, supposed to be a 4yr battery and lasted 18months. But because I personally didn't buy it, came on a truck I bought, the counter kid said he couldn't do anything other then sell me a new one. I told Autozone has never given me trouble about a bad battery, to which he replied "we're not Autozone" in a very smartass tone. I personally will never walk into an O'Reilly again. FAFO
