I came in for a new battery and the store was SLAMMED, but they remained kind and courteous, you dont see that very often anymore. Also, shout out to Seritta who was so kind and helpful with installing my new car battery! Thank you so much!
Website needs updated. They aren't open until 10pm.
Won't be using this location again. The manager plainly said "If you're going to be returning parts then you might want to find another supplier, O'Reillys doesn't exchange parts." If she is bothered with honoring warranties or accepting core exchanges then I definitely will take her advice & use a different parts supplier.
