On Sunday at about 5pm I realized my battery was dead in my 2021 Tucson. I had a doctor appointment the next morning! Oh my goodness what a nightmare. I called a couple places and then I found Steve. Over the phone he made me feel like if there was anyone that could help, he would do his best and he gave me the best price by far on the new ‘glass mat’ battery. Steve installed the battery and I was home by 7:30. He’s a great person and great at his job! My advise is to go and see him.
Hands down the best auto part store in town
So glad Hunter was here. After trying to ignore me while talking on her cellphone, the lady Yolanda tested my battery and told me it was good and I “should just drive around till it fixed itself” I came back and Hunter retested it. The battery WAS bad, and he changed it out in all of 10 minutes. I assume she just didn’t want to
My Husband and I have been so very happy with this store. Stephen has been so wonderful every time. He helps me with my Mustang each time I go in and helps my Husband with his vehicle as well. His Professionalism and kindness beats our expectations! He needs to train others at this location. Fred the Manager had to help me once and his expertise and Professionalism to make a customer happy means so much! He is the Nest Manager to have in a store like this!
