Even though our situation didnt have a good ending yall tried so hard to get my battery connected. I know helping us down the road wasnt apart of the job description but it was appreciated. We were on our way home from vacation on June 8th traveling from Colorado to Missouri and broke down on I-70 19 miles from Manhattan, Ks. We called this store and Matt went above and beyond to get us what we needed to get fixed and back on the road. I am sure thank you is not enough!
I went in this morning because I had to jump my car the last two days (figured it was the battery). Travis was helpful in checking my battery and installing the new one I needed. I greatly appreciated it especially since I had just taken it to the dealership to be serviced and they admitted to not checking the battery as they should have. I was back on the road quickly thanks to Travis!
Asked for assistance and was called a derogatory name regarding my sexuality,by a guy behind the counter on the computer.Will never enter this business again.
My wife went to the Manhattan kansas store this morning to get a taillight assembly for her trailblazer. She asked them to help her replace it and they said that they were not allowed to. They would not even walk outside with her to even instruct her. I don't ever remember stores not helping a customer. If this is the level of service might as well just go to shopping online. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.
Big shout out to Wade in Manhattan, KS! He realized I had purchased an unnecessary part, refunded my money, and suggested a possible fix for my problem! Great customer service. Will be back again! Thanks!
The guys are always very nice and helpful.
So I stopped at the O'Reillys on Capitol Drive in Wisconsin here yesterday with my special order parts and go to the counter to the manager Rick and guess what he decided ....!he was going to serve the people behind me instead so I decided I'm never going to shop at O'Reillys ever again!!!!
The best parts and the best prices around! And the workers and Grenada ms knows how to get you right!!!!
