I stopped in to get a new blinker bulb. I had bought a set at AdvancedAuto but could not get the new bulb to fit. I walked in to a hearty “Welcome! Can I help you?” I explained that I couldn’t get the new bulb to fit and that I hadn’t bought it there but figured I got the wrong one. Matt was so helpful! He asked if he could try the one I had bought at a different store. I said yes of course please. He took one minute and popped that bulb right in! No charge!! Just another chain parts store. Thay did have the tool I needed as no one else did
I used to go here for parts for both me and my customers but considering switching to other dealers & even Amazon. If you get Steve, Colton, Danger, Mark, & a few others I don’t know their names your good, the others, well you should probably just walk out the door.
