So I went to O'Reilly to get a oil filter I already had the part and number pulled up on my phone and instead of him (a older bigger man) looking it up on the computer him and whoever the girl was that was just sitting there on her phone..he tells me (a female) that its on the back wall... I couldn't find it so I went back up to see if they could help me.. it was a different more helpful young guy! He typed it in and it was in the back the whole time!! Worst place ever they lack all customer service skills they are rude as crap and often sell you the wrong part or falsely accuse people of stealing something
Car was acting funny this morning after. I asked the Manager for help and he definitely came out and checked with a smile ( even though it was cold 🥶 as heck at 730a.m.) O'Reilly is a great place. They never disappoint!
