Car was acting funny this morning after. I asked the Manager for help and he definitely came out and checked with a smile ( even though it was cold 🥶 as heck at 730a.m.) O'Reilly is a great place. They never disappoint!

Went in for a battery , was not helpful at at all
I stopped in to get a new blinker bulb. I had bought a set at AdvancedAuto but could not get the new bulb to fit. I walked in to a hearty “Welcome! Can I help you?” I explained that I couldn’t get the new bulb to fit and that I hadn’t bought it there but figured I got the wrong one. Matt was so helpful! He asked if he could try the one I had bought at a different store. I said yes of course please. He took one minute and popped that bulb right in! No charge!!
