An expensive headlight repair I took my 2002 VW Passat in to this VIP outlet to have a headlight bulb replaced. When I went outside to pick it up, the steering wheel was cranked over very hard to one side, and when I pulled away the steering felt loose and imprecise. Bath location :( When the new Bath VIP location opened I was thrilled because it was so much closer to home. However I had an oil change appt through them and when Iarrived was told they didn't have the right filter. I was asked to come back the next day. It took 3 appts before I actually got the oil change with nothing more than a sorry.
