I have used O'reilly Auto Parts stores for years. This Clemmons location is by far the worst as far as customer service. I have had three bad experiences. The first time I went in to get some transmission fluid. There was one associate helping two customers at the counter and another one just standing there. I stood there with the transmission fluid at the counter for 10 minutes. No one said a word to me. I finally went and put the Fluid back, and walked by the counter.
