I have had a problem every single time I have come to this store. I like Oreileys but this specific location by ralphs market is a complete joke

I visited the O'Reilly store #2415 (Hwy 44) to purchase a fuse for my vehicle's USB. I was surprised when the employee informed me that store employees were not allowed to help me replace the fuse and suggested that I should look up how to do it myself. Unsatisfied with the customer service, I decided to visit O'Reilly store #5322 (Hwy. 30) instead.
