First time in 20 years that I went into a O'reilly's and was treated like I wasn't even there no one asked if I needed any help, no 1 even acknowledged me they were all grouped up talking about chicken wraps and how they get PA.\n ID very little and couldn't afford to get health insurance out of their checks, but never once helped me once. I went into this store to get my check engine light checked out and I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received! Preston went above and beyond to help me and inform me of the next steps to take. He even offered to fix the part for me! Preston was certainly trustworthy and knowledgeable. I could tell working on cars is a passion of his with how diligent and thorough he was with keeping my car in top shape. The other employees were very helpful and nice as well! Super impressed! 5 stars.
