Had a not great experience where like at least 5 people were working the store, no other customers in there - everyone just sort of standing around behind the counter and like no one wanted to help. I needed two simple things, had to go there twice because the one who looked it up (Ian) was just sort of lazy about it. Past experiences someone would have tried a little harder to help me find the right parts or make it clear that they weren't really sure the first time.
