The team and specific specialist (Gene) was extremely helpful, nice, comical, and had great customer service. Helped me find what I needed with ease and even helped me install it. the best customer service in town. Ronnie and Phillip go over and beyond to take care of their customers. They have made me a customer for life.
Improve customer service. Store was super clean and organized, easily found what I needed and headed to the register. The counter guy completely ignored me and helped 3 other customers. Finally a guy looked out from the back of the store and seen me. But decided to help other customers instead. Thankfully, there are plenty other part stores.
